Glacier View Log Cabin has big south-facing windows in the dining and sitting area that provide a stunning view of the glacier and surrounding mountains. Sleeps up to 5 comfortably. Prepare your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, or dine at one of our local lodges nearby.
Glacier View is the perfect distance for an easy weekend-getaway from Anchorage or the Kenai Penninsula.

Glacier View has access to the Matanuska River, and the white ice of the Matanuska Glacier. Tours and activities available in the summer months include river-rafting, glacier hikes, flight-seeing, and helicopter tours.
The cabin is close to backcountry trails and public lands within the Talkeetna Mountains -- excellent for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, berry picking, and fossil hunting.

There is plenty of room for outside enjoyment and a propane grill, so you don't have to bring charcoal.
